
There is beauty all around. Even in your neighborhood, there can be beauty. How long has it been since you just drove around your neighborhood, and noticed how things have changed? Are there new planted bushes? Are flowers blooming? Any new paint colors? What do you notice?
Life is busy, and so often we just go through it. There is so much beauty in the world, from people to buildings. Stopping to appreciate the sunshine, or flowers poking through the dirt on a crisp spring morning. Stopping to appreciate the little things can help with stress, depression, and so much more. Take some time this week to stop and notice things around you. Enjoy a sunset or flowers in your yard. Find something new to appreciate around you. It’s all part of being happy, for life.
