Last week our entry was about a recent event that shaped your life. This week, let’s think about a past event that changed your path. Did it change your path for the better? Did the change make things worse? If it made things worse, what changed? Has the change affected your emotional or physical health? Are you on a supportive path, or do you need to make life changes to find your happiness again? What would be a future goal to find your happiness again? Do you need to find help?
There will always be things happening in your life. There will always be positive and negative events that you will have to manage. You will have to manage events, and forks in the road. You will have to make important decisions about how to protect your future and your happiness. Develop a process for yourself to help manage that bad times, and there will be some (hopefully not many). Having a plan to manage the bad times should always be part of being happy, for life.
