
When you think about your past, think about something that has happened in your past. Consider an event that you do not want to repeat. Think about what happened, and how you handled it at the time. What did you learn? How did it change your behavior or your thoughts?
We all experience events through our lives. There are things that we want to remember, others that we want to forget, and others from which we can learn positive and negative lessons. Take some time to think about events and what you can learn. It’s part of being happy, for life.
