Have you ever had to manage a difficult transition? For this entry, we can define transition as something like a change in job or career, going from school to work, ending a relationship, or losing a loved one. Each change is a transition. Each can create range of emotions, including overwhelming feelings of sadness, but also excitement and hope. What transitions have you had to make? How did you manage? Is the transition complete, or are you still struggling to manage it.

We all make changes from time to time. Some transitions are easier to manage than others, but all require effort and time. Sometimes it takes a short time. Other times we get stuck in the emotions connected. If you are struggling with a transition and need help. Reach out for counseling/therapy. Talk with friends and family and let them know that you are struggling. Let them help you process and manage your journey. You don’t need to do it alone. Transitions are all a part of being happy, for life.
