On a happiness journey, we need to find things that bring us peace. For this entry, name three things that bring you peace, and help you center yourself when you are struggling. The things that bring you peace could be anything. It could include spending time with family, sitting at the beach, or walking in the woods. It can be cooking at home, or having a a great meal with friends. It could be a bike ride at sunset, or sipping coffee on your deck at sunrise, before the day begins.

Life is hectic. Many of us wear more hats that we can handle, from parent, daughter, coworker, therapist, friend, and so many more. It’s important to find ways to quiet your mind, and be able to identify what brings you peace.

Take some time to think about what brings you peace. If you can, think of more than three, and use them often. It’s all part of being happy, for life.
