A serene sunset over calm waters, with vibrant hues of orange, yellow, and soft gray clouds reflecting in the sky.

How are you with grief? Have you experienced grief in your life? Have you lost significant people in your life, yet? Do you feel stuck if your are grieving a loved one?

Many people are faced with having to manage grief, at all different ages and stages of live. As we grow and develop, we integrate life events, and that shapes who we become. A child losing a parent shapes how that child grows and develops. A wife losing a husband shapes the rest of her life. An adult losing a parent changes their world. Grief shapes us all as we move through the world. Take some time to think about how grief has shaped you, for the better or the worst. Do you need help? Should you seek support from a therapist? Only you can answer that question as you consider your situation. This is still part of being happy, for life.
