Compassion is such an important skill. Compassion should be something that happens regularly in a relationship. It should not just come after conflict. It should not be a result of pressure. Compassion should be freely given and received. Take some time to consider the level of compassion in your relationships. It will help you decide if the relationships are healthy or need work.
