Trolling others to make yourself feel better might make you feel better in the short term, but it’s a weak way to boost your self-esteem. Tearing people down doesn’t make you stronger—it just highlights insecurity. Real confidence comes from building yourself up and finding ways to be successful, not breaking others down. Instead of hiding behind a screen spreading negativity, focus on personal growth, self-improvement, and lifting others. A quick laugh at someone else’s expense isn’t worth the long-term damage to your character.

Want to feel better? Be better. The energy you put into the world comes back to you—so make sure it’s something positive.
