Have you ever thought about your relationships? Friendships, romantic relationships, family relationships, and work relationships all differ, but each says something about who we are. If you think about those relationships, are they supportive? Which relationships are supportive and which are not?

Take some time and think about your relationships. Do you surround yourself with support and happiness in the places that you can (sometimes you don’t have that kind of control at work)? Take some time to journal or at least consider your relationships. It’s part of being happy, for life.
