Sometimes things get stormy. Events don’t go the way we think they should, and things happen. We get depressed or anxious and start to struggle. What makes you feel depressed or anxious? What skills do you use to manage those times? How long do they last? Take some time and write about how you manage those times.

Everyone gets depressed and anxious at times. How we handle those times becomes key to how we manage our happiness. Living a happy life still includes dark times, it’s just a matter of how we handle them. If you struggle to manage them, get support. If you have developed skills to manage them quickly, good for you. Keep moving forward. It’s all part of being happy, for life.
