
Everyone has a light that comes from inside. It’s their special glow that they give to the world that makes the world a better place. What’s your light? What do you bring to the world that makes things better.
So many times in therapy, I ask this question and the usual answer at the beginning of treatment is always different than at the end. Many come in feeling that thier light is dark. Turning that light back on and showing them that the light is always there, even if the power goes out for a brief time, is an important part of the therapy process. So what is your light? how do you shine?
